One Woman.  90 Days.  Total Transformation.

After trying and failing at the 90-Day Program twice 3 times, I’ve learned that I can’t do it all on my own.  So this time around, I’m enlisting the help of the most brilliant people I know.  Each of the following people will be helping me transform my entire life over the next 90 Days.  Read more about them below.

Dr Shel – Health (Mind, Body & Spirit)

Practicing and empowering both women and men alike, Dr. Shelena C. Lalji, founder of Dr.Shel Wellness & Medical Spa, has served the greater Houston area for over 13 years. An honor graduate from Emory University in Atlanta GA, Dr.Shel is a board certified physician who is devoting her full-time practice to aesthetics and wellness medicine. With her thorough experience in medicine, aesthetics and alternative treatments, Dr.Shel believes in the strong connection between the art of beauty and the science of wellness. Dr.Shel is dedicated to empowering her patients to live up to their fullest potential. Dr.Shel Wellness & Medical Spa also serves as a national training facility for both innovative wellness and aesthetic technology and laser treatments.

Hank Wasiak – Creativity & Asset-Based Thinking Coach

Hank Wasiak is a communications industry leader with an impressive resume of experience working with the  corporate elite of global business. He is the co-founder of  The Concept Farm, one of today’s hottest creative companies, best selling author, key note speaker, teacher, 14 time Emmy nominated Executive TV Producer, and three time Emmy award winning television host. He is also a Reiki Master.

Dr. Vik – Personal Development Coach (Coach Vik)

Dr. Vik was a practicing Chiropractor and Clinic Director for one of the most successful Chiropractic Clinics in California and has personally delivered over 1 million adjustments over the span of 22 years. Upon his planned retirement at age 45, Dr. Vik found himself with nothing to do, and as the founder of Zappos was a patient, he was invited to do his coaching with the employees of Zappos.

Zappos is a Service Company and understands their employees ARE the company, and the only way to maintain the Excellence Service is to make sure the employees are winning and succeeding in their own personal and business lives, and that is the reason for Dr. Vik’s presence at Zappos.

Seth Blank – Business Development

Seth fell in love with technology at age 4, when his father first introduced him to a computer. Then, in Kindergarten, he started coding with LogoWriter, quickly picked up BASIC, and later experimented with C around age 10.

Since then, he’s been playing with code, tampering with technology, and telling people how to run their businesses better. Successfully. Mostly.

For the past 9 years, he has been an executive with both financial and technology startups with a key focus on making sure their businesses scale — both in terms of business processes and the underpinning technologies that power them.

He is a native New Yorker now residing in San Francisco, CA.

Erica Douglass – Accountability Buddy

At age 20, Erica Douglass started a web hosting company, with the stated goal of being able to pay her cable modem bill every month. Little did she know that her small side business would turn into a million-dollar moneymaker! In 2007, Erica “temporarily retired” after selling her business, and now is committed to teaching other young people how to handle money and finances. She is a big believer in both frugality and entrepreneurship. She blogs about saving, making, and investing money and gives out business and marketing advice on her blog at erica.biz.

Jenny (“The Bloggess”) Lawson – Comic Relief
