If I wasn’t already a fan of Simon Sinek, this would be the tipping point. As Sinek says:

“I fundamentally believe that fulfillment is a right, and we have the right to feel fulfilled by the work that we do. And we have the right to demand that the places we work give us a sense of belonging, and give us a sense of purpose. And work to make us feel like we’re contributing to something larger than ourselves.”
