Lately, when I look back on my day – I realize that so much of my life is composed of Rituals. Some new – some old. Everyday I write one quote in my quote book, I read from The Maxwell Daily Reader, I check my email, Twitter & Facebook, and I drink a cup of Peet’s Coffee (Major Dickason’s Blend). On Monday’s I redesign my blog header & background, on Friday’s I clean & organize my house, on Saturday’s I take my dogs to the dog park, and on Sunday’s I catch up on work and plan for the week ahead. And once a year I choose a new Life Theme Song. I do these things on Automatic Pilot. They are the rituals that make up the structure of the days, weeks, months, and years of my life.
