The 10 Day MBA

I bought a book recently that was recommended to me by John Pacini. As I’ve blogged about before – I’m not exactly a refined and savvy business woman. But every new idea helps – Thanks John for the recommendation!

Fitness and Health

Today I fit into a skirt that I haven’t been able to fit in for so long that I don’t remember when I wore it last. It definitely feels good to be losing weight and getting back into shape. I’m planning to do a few videos on what I’m doing these days to get fit – so stay tuned.

OpMom.com

When Marc Nathan originally spoke with me about OpMom.com I knew I wanted them as a client. When I met them for the first time at OpenCoffee Club back in August – it was like meeting old friends. I’m excited to announce that I will be partnering with John, Carrie, and Marla from OpMom.com this week – and will be coming on board as their CXO and Social Media Director. The future holds bright things for OpMom – and I’m thrilled to be a part of what’s to come.

I Have Blogger's Block
I was chatting with my friend Laura Mayes tonight - explaining how I have Blogger’s Block.  Tomorrow I head to San Francisco - and I’ve already stocked up on awesome reading materials for the plane - including the Complete Works of Jane Austen and Katharine Hepburn’s Autobiography.  Laura’s advice:

The best way to get out of a block is to read good writing.

And to go to Northern California.

Check. And Check.

Link Policy

My personal link policy is as follows - I only link to the blogs of people I actually know in real life (with the exception of the "Other Erica's" section). I think when you add someone to your blogroll there should be real meaning attached. Most of the people I link to are not only acquaintances - but folks I am lucky enough to call my friends.
