Personal MBA
As part of my ReinventingErica project I’m working my way through the Personal MBA program developed by Josh Kaufman. Today I spent time organizing my reading for the weeks ahead. Each book will be read in a 3-4 day period – and I’ll be posting reviews on 1-2 books here each week. [...]

I Have Blogger's Block
I was chatting with my friend Laura Mayes tonight - explaining how I have Blogger’s Block.  Tomorrow I head to San Francisco - and I’ve already stocked up on awesome reading materials for the plane - including the Complete Works of Jane Austen and Katharine Hepburn’s Autobiography.  Laura’s advice:

Link Policy

My personal link policy is as follows - I only link to the blogs of people I actually know in real life (with the exception of the "Other Erica's" section). I think when you add someone to your blogroll there should be real meaning attached. Most of the people I link to are not only acquaintances - but folks I am lucky enough to call my friends.
