But seriously, one of my dearest friends and a graphic design GOD — has been “forced” to take down his site. This is a shout out to the talented, and ever so humble Mr. Veloso. Bryan I hope you can bring Avalonstar back soon.

Hi Erica! for the record, (mt) didn’t take Avalonstar down..we’re anxiously awaiting Avalonstar’s revival as well!

I wish I had an answer — all I can say is that if Avalonstar vanishes forever — it will certainly be the end of an era

I was chatting with my friend Laura Mayes tonight - explaining how I have Blogger’s Block. Tomorrow I head to San Francisco - and I’ve already stocked up on awesome reading materials for the plane - including the Complete Works of Jane Austen and Katharine Hepburn’s Autobiography. Laura’s advice:

The best way to get out of a block is to read good writing.
