You know you’re “Too” connected when…

…your car has it’s own phone number.

That’s right folks.  My car has a phone number.  I’m not talking about my cellphone…I mean my actual car.

So now you can reach me in the following ways:

  • Home Phone (although I hardly ever answer the home phone…as I’m hardly ever here)
  • Cell Phone
  • IM (GTalk, AIM, Yahoo Messenger), on Laptop or Blackberry
  • Email (Creativerse, Gmail, Ximda, Ladies Inc., etc)
  • Snail Mail
  • Via Social Networking Services (Traineo, 43Things, 43People, 43Places, ThingsICanDo, MySpace, Friendster, LinkedIn, etc…)
  • Via my websites: (Twilight Apothecary, Reinventing Erica, EricaOGrady.com, Creativerse, etc)
  • Or…Just Call My Car

It is virtually impossible for someone who actually wants to get in touch with me…to not get in touch with me.  I’m just WAY too connected.

I Have Blogger's Block
I was chatting with my friend Laura Mayes tonight - explaining how I have Blogger’s Block.  Tomorrow I head to San Francisco - and I’ve already stocked up on awesome reading materials for the plane - including the Complete Works of Jane Austen and Katharine Hepburn’s Autobiography.  Laura’s advice:

The best way to get out of a block is to read good writing.

And to go to Northern California.

Check. And Check.

Link Policy

My personal link policy is as follows - I only link to the blogs of people I actually know in real life (with the exception of the "Other Erica's" section). I think when you add someone to your blogroll there should be real meaning attached. Most of the people I link to are not only acquaintances - but folks I am lucky enough to call my friends.
